Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Flower Studio of Newton & Noss, every order is prepared with care. As fulfilling orders requires us to source materials, prepare products and arrange postage, costs are incurred from the moment a purchase is made.

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Please read the product description and details carefully before placing your order.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required upfront for all purchases. We cannot begin sourcing materials, preparing your order or arranging dispatch until payment has been received.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, we do not normally accept cancellation requests or changes of mind. This is because materials may need to be purchased or allocated, and preparation and postage arrangements may begin shortly after an order is received.

However, this policy does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase under UK consumer law. Certain products, including personalised or made-to-specification items and goods that deteriorate rapidly, may be exempt from statutory cancellation rights.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unwanted purchases or circumstances where a customer decides they no longer require an item, except where a refund is required by law.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Conditions for Returns

Where a return is permitted, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased from The Flower Studio of Newton & Noss.

  • The item is returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • The item has not been used or damaged through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The following types of goods may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel where the relevant legal conditions apply:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including certain fresh floral products.

  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

These exclusions do not remove any rights you may have if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Returning Goods

Where you are responsible for returning an item under an applicable cancellation right, you may be responsible for the direct cost of return postage, where permitted by law and where this has been communicated appropriately.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged or faulty before sending anything back.

Refund Processing

Any applicable statutory rights relating to cancellation, refunds, faulty goods or goods not as described remain unaffected by this policy.

Gifts
